30-Day Free Returns

We want you to love your purchase. We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the handbag must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Be in unused, unworn condition with no signs of use, scratches, stains, or odors
  • Include all original packaging, tags, dust bags, authenticity cards, and accessorizes
  • Be in its original, sellable condition

How to Return

  1. Contact our customer support at [support@maddisonusa.com] within 30 days of delivery to request a return authorization
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Once approved, you will receive return instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable)
  4. Ship the item back to us in secure packaging

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method
  • Refunds are typically issued within 5–10 business days after inspection
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • If the item is found to be used, damaged, or not in original condition, we may issue a partial refund or reject the return

Defective or Damaged Items

If your handbag arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) with photos. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund.
